01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between HeyBaji ("heybaji", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "player", "user") who accesses or uses the heybaji platform at heybaji.cc. These Terms apply to all services offered by heybaji, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, instant games, sports betting features, and any promotional offers or bonuses.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a heybaji employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Heybaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. Heybaji takes age verification seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory requirements in this area.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on heybaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, heybaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering on heybaji, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your heybaji account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Heybaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact heybaji support immediately. Heybaji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

04 Deposits and Payments

Heybaji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your heybaji wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Heybaji does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on your account tier and the payment method used. Heybaji reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice, for regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

• All funds deposited into your heybaji account must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Heybaji does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact heybaji support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• Heybaji reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your heybaji account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Heybaji processes standard withdrawal requests within minutes during normal operating hours. High Roller account holders may be eligible for expedited or instant withdrawal processing depending on their tier status.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, heybaji may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure required by our licensing obligations and is designed to protect players from fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Heybaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these overall Terms.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in the individual bonus terms.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Heybaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Heybaji's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on heybaji operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout of that game under normal operating conditions.

Each game on heybaji has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Heybaji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be declared void and any stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Heybaji reserves the right to void bets placed on games where a technical error has affected the outcome.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the dealer and displayed on screen.
• Heybaji does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by the certified RNG or, in the case of live games, by the physical outcome of the game being played.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybaji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using the heybaji platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or transact on heybaji.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the heybaji platform or its software.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Heybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, heybaji reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player's voluntary closure request — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

This limitation applies regardless of whether heybaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Heybaji is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond heybaji's control.
• Heybaji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Heybaji is not liable for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.
